Chic, clean, and quiet! Tucked away on the second floor of a building. Om was my technician and she was so lovely. She was meticulous, friendly and gave the best hand and back massage. You could tell she put effort into it, unlike other nail salons. The front desk was lovely and kind. Great place!

I've been here 3 times now and it's one of the cleanest/most easy to book salons in downtown NYC. It's super easy to make an appointment online, and you can put down your credit card payment info so you don't have to get your card out in-person and risk your mani. I've always done the Signature Mani and I had great experiences with Coco and Cindy. My only suggestion is to have more nail colors (currently it seemed like red and pinks are the most common)

Please be warned, this is NOT a $$ salon!!! I received a REGULAR manicure and pedicure (had no polish on my nails that had to be removed) and gave 20% tip and it came to $90!!! So at least $$$. This was the most expensive manicure and pedicure I have ever received. That being said, it was a great experience and as in she did a great job with both services and continuously asked me how I felt and whether I liked what she was doing. She also really left my feet feeling very smooth. Loss of 1 star because the front desk receptionist was not very welcoming, they don't have any drying machines so I was told to wait 20 minutes before leaving, and my pedicurist never came back to check on me. Good experience and polish but price too high to justify and return.
