Service incomplete they vanished.

I hired this company to develop a business plan, I had agreed through proposing they will deliver 4 items, while I got the business plan, all others items were never delivered, Im also needing a receipt of the initial payment transaction which I never received. What happened, this people Sai and Priya just vanished from earth, they just do not reply to emails, messages no longer get their WhatsApp, simple disappeared. Unless they died in an accident, I see no excuses to do this. Hope they see this complaint and do something about it.
