After my building removed the sole washer/dryer equipment several years ago, I began using the services of Symphony on First Ave. The staff takes very great care of my wash and fold. I’ve never had any item damaged nor lost, and very pleased with the few dry cleaning items I’ve left in their care. I’ve had many many poor experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend Symphony!

These guys are my heroes. I have been using them for a while and always have had a good experience. However they REALLY pulled through for me the other day. I dropped my husbands suit off not knowing he was going to need it in 2 days. Even though it was supposed to be done on Thursday they managed to get it done overnight once I called and explained the situation. Thank you!!!

I dropped off a white floor length dress that was filthy on the bottom. It had about 4 inches of black dirt from the bottom of the dress. They worked so hard (for two months) to get out the stain and successfully did! Incredibly reasonable price point and great customer service! They would call with updates and called to let me know when it was finally ready. Highly recommend this cleaners!
