Love this place. Unfortunately had to cancel because there is no location in Ft. Lauderdale area. They should definitely open one in Ft. Lauderdale so I can rejoin!

I descended into this darkened basement bodyshop in an effort to live out the namesake of this franchised fitness concept. SWEAT I did, until the manager removed me mid-set. An anonymous client had flagged me as malodorous.This establishment is a forever flow of bodies coursing through a cramped studio space. Every 10 minutes they send a spandex spawning of strangers out onto the floor to mirror the human figures repeating exercises on screens in loop.To remixes of lewd party bangers, it’s a choreography of highly-proximate heavy-breathing people avoiding touch at the closest of range.
