I been getting extensions since 2017 most times always have to ask the estheticians to make them fuller and I did not have to ask Bim that, I did call about her filling in some spikes just to make them look even from corner to corner, other then that and possibly get 1 or 2 lashes too close to my lash line, the job is really amazing, she really didn’t leave any lashes behind and she did really good work with her isolation, I do want to try out different lengths and combinations to enhance my look but for now they are perfect, thank you Bim for your kindness, patience, and wonderful professionalism. Had an eyelash removal and new 80 ct set, c-curl, 12 mm - they did such a great job! Kristy was amazing, my lashes look great and she was super gentle. Milan who works the front desk was super nice too and fit me in last minute.
There is a surcharge on the Groupon and can only be used during lunchtime. Milan informed me while I was on the phone with him - would be good to see these details on the groupon beforehand. It's still an amazing deal so would have bought it - just good to set expectations.

UPDATE: they reached out to me to apologize for the initial experience and made sure I received a brand new set from a different lash technician, complimentary.
