I can't say enough great things about Sugared + Bronzed! The customer service is truly exceptional. Due to some medical issues, I wasn't able to use my membership, and their team went above and beyond by converting my unused membership into loyalty points for me. That level of kindness, understanding, and flexibility is so rare these days.
Beyond that, the services themselves are top-notch. I regularly get both sugaring and spray tans, and I absolutely love the results every time. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients' experience.

Friendly, welcoming, and supportive staff!! Every person there is truly a professional, keeping the environment safe, healthy, and clean!! Special shout out to Adriana, she is super detail oriented and did a flawless job!! My favorite location in NYC by far. I believe there is a lady named Tiana as well, she’s awesome too.

The sugaring person was so kind and the process was not painful and I looked gorgeous after! I've been bronzed as well and these technicians know how to give the perfect shade and it lasts a long time! I love this place!
