Due to some medical issues, I wasn't able to use my membership, and their team went above and beyond by converting my unused membership into loyalty points for me. That level of kindness, understanding, and flexibility is so rare these days.

Special shout out to Adriana, she is super detail oriented and did a flawless job!! My favorite location in NYC by far. I believe there is a lady named Tiana as well, she’s awesome too.
