Choosing to visit Step up Footcare was one of the best decisions of my life - no exaggeration. I woke up one morning with pain in my heel, and after self-treating visited a local podiatrist who did not listen, didn’t do any imaging, and sent me on my way with 4 PT exercises for plantar fasciitis. When the pain kept increasing, it started to seriously interfere with my career as a Realtor, my exercise routine, and my social plans. That’s when I found Dr. Irina Abramova. Wow, what a fantastic experience! The place is super clean and tidy, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the doctors. I had trauma to both of my nail beds, and Dr. Nelya was amazing. I used to feel so self-conscious about my nails, but now I feel confident and am already seeing a huge difference! Thank you so much!
I have been dealing with many issues regarding my foot. (Plantar fasciitis, edema, etc) I am an avid trail runner and obstacle course runner. (Spartan races aroo). I spent the last year not running but instead going to orthopedics, podiatrists, pt, chiro, acupuncture. Been in and out of boots. It wasn't until I met with Dr Lobkova did I actually receive a full and complete diagnosis. I traveled 3 hrs for my appointment and she spent extra time with me for my first appointment. Her diagnosis has allowed me to focus in on rehab and for the first time in over a year, I am virtually pain free. The custom orthotics I received from her office have been useful as well.
