I am claustrophobic when it comes to MRI. I researched the photos posted on their website so I knew in advance what to expect. My multiple experiences here are very positive from answering my questions on the phone, the front desk staff, and the MRI tech, are all reassuring and professional. This location on E55th in Manhattan has become my go to solution, conveniently located and high speed, quieter MRI.

Arrived early to a professional receptionist. Had to wait one hour for my exam bc the technician came late to work. Unfriendly technician. Stand up MRI is seat down MRI to be correct.

I had an amazing experience at Stand-Up MRI. I had severe anxiety about getting the exam, and the staff was kind and compassionate about it.
Liz at the front desk was welcoming and efficient upon arrival. She's also bilingual and speaks Spanish, which is a nice bonus for me. When the time for my exam came, staff member Chloe guided me with care and compassion. I also needed a contrast agent applied. Nurse Jill carefully explained each step and was comforting during the process.
