Squarespace is a unique and authentic dining experience that impresses with its amazing food and generous portions. The service goes above and beyond to make special occasions even more memorable, such as providing a cake for a customer's birthday celebration. While the restaurant has great potential, some customers have found the website design and customer service to be lacking in intuitiveness and responsiveness. However, the excellent food, service, and ambiance make Squarespace a top-tier option worth trying, especially for family and friends seeking a quality dining experience in a ski town setting.
I would strongly advise against using Squarespace as your domain registrar.
I recently experienced a serious issue where custom nameserver (NS) changes were not propagating correctly across parts of the internet. Despite spending significant time troubleshooting the issue, there was no way to speak with a knowledgeable support representative by phone because Squarespace does not offer phone support.
The email support experience was frustrating. Responses were slow, generic, and did not address the technical details of the problem. It felt like nobody was taking ownership of the issue or providing meaningful assistance.

They have no customer service. We have left multiple support tickets with no response, and the chat does not have a live person. Also, they are the only company that I know without a customer support number.
SquareSpace essentially has NO support. I needed to change my site design to a new template. The only support is via email and after many emails I was still getting responses that had nothing to do with my problem. I finally got a response that made more sense than the others but the instructions were not easily implemented and ultimately didn't work. So after a week of back and forth emails, hours of trying to follow the unhelpful email instructions, I am no farther ahead than when I first started. I would not recommend SquareSpace but I don't know if any other companies offer any better support. So frustrated and angry.
