They were so accommodating and flexible. We just needed to freshen up to top of our new couch bc of cat hair and they perfectly met our needs. Would highly recommend. They were fair and communicative.

I could not be more impressed with Spotless! From start to finish, their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. They made pickup and cleaning completely seamless, and my rug has truly never looked better.
Kevin and Mickey in particular went above and beyond, even helping me get everything situated perfectly in my apartment. The whole team was thorough, kind, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s always great to support a small business, and this is one that truly knocks it out of the park. Highly recommend!

Mickey and his team were extremely professional. They were punctual and very communicative every step of the way. Mickey helped me accomplish what I needed to get done within my budget and schedule. The technicians Benjamin and Cipriano were wonderful. They got the job done and left no trace. I highly recommend Spotless NYC.
