The Spear team, especially Kendra, was instrumental in my recovery. I came in with hand/nerve issues, was losing strength, and was constantly frustrated with my inability to do certain actions. Kendra was always very thoughtful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She created a plan with various exercises to assist me achieve my goals and build back my strength. After about three months, I was able to see large improvement in my condition and I owe it all to Kendra and her team.
I went into Spear in April barely able to walk on my own... bad discs in my back. Over eight or nine months they showed tremendous patience with me and gave much support. I had setbacks but they always looked out for me and made sure I felt safe and listened to. And they answered all of my questions which was amazing… and made all the insurance stuff super easy. I’ve now been graduated for a few months and can honestly say that I feel better than I have in YEARS. This is because of how they helped me in the clinic but also making sure I have the tools and knowledge to not just keep going but to keep getting better after my regular visits have ended. I had a fantastic experience here, all around. Everyone there was the right balance of warm and serious about progress. In particular, Shravani, who guided my care and healing, was extraordinary. She had a patient and gentle manner but consistently kept me working harder towards my goals. I was almost sad to have “graduated “! Thank you!
