Great experience at SPACES so far. We’ve been at this location since Q3 2025 and love the central city location and the spacious building. It’s a former WeWork spot, but now under the Regus Group, it feels much more professional while still hosting a great variety of startups.
It’s a relief to be in a quieter atmosphere that isn’t overwhelmed by 'one-day pass' crowds. Like any space, there are always small things to tweak, but the service at the community desk is friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rafi for his amazing attention to detail and for always listening to help improve our experience here!
The Spaces Midtown South Center Team is great to work with. Our Community Associate, Rafi Martinez, is extremely helpful and attentive to my company’s needs. He and others on the team are very welcoming and I appreciate their commitment to keeping their clients happy and well informed about any updates or changes to center activities. They are very professional in all of their communications which is greatly appreciated.
Rafi is always super helpful, whether it’s organising new office space for us or going above and beyond with his customer service. Rafi is a kind, friendly face, that makes the whole experience working alongside Spaces easier!
