First and foremost this review is not to bagger the salon. I was very pleased to be there up until the nail tech started doing the design. As a customer that was willing to pay the separate $30 cost for the design I was hoping that the nail tech was able to achieve the design I wanted ((ORIGINAL PIC BELOW)) As I saw that both techs were having difficulty I did suggest to do the designs opposite of each other so yes the original pic and my designs do look different. I believe if you are going to charge such a drastic amount for designs you should be able to execute what the customer wants. I was willing to pay for the price of my nails and pedicure which was $130 altogether because it's my birthday on Friday..I appreciate the efforts from both nail techs but at the end of the day I am not happy with the design. They were also closing so there wasn't much I could do. I didn't want to be that nagging customer at 8pm at night. I will recommend that as a business owner and employees of the business to please be honest with customers if you are unable to produce designs we request. Overall my experience there was pleasant. I really did appreciate the customer service and the efforts. I know what I paid for are "the city prices" I just can not get past the fact that I was charged $30 for a design that was not properly executed.

Ive been here when this place was called Sally's and was always content. Management changed but Didn't think big of it though coming in this week halts a third visit. My thumbs and pointers are noticeably uneven and the paint is clumpy Around the edges..Didn't want to ask for a refund they didn't seem like they'd give in she disregarded my comments about it and it was already late. I just will definitely go elsewhere next time.

If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out! This is literally my favorite spot for some much needed unwinding, so much so that I travel from uptown just to get pampered here. The location is super cool right by Union Square, the staff are so nice, and the services are done with so much care - I can't wait until my next visit!
