Probably the best solidcore location I’ve been to! The staff go above and beyond to provide the best experience. Kate at the front desk was SO nice and friendly. Katherine (the instructor) was the best solidcore instructor I’ve ever had. Knew everyone’s names, cued each movement so well and clear, I wasn’t lost ever. I will definitely be back!
It was my first time trying a solidcore class and I was worried because I heard the workouts are intense and fast. Coach Sara was so welcoming and helped me keep up with the class. I really appreciated her cues and assistance with setting up the reformer between exercises. I will definitely be back!
I've been to a handful of Solidcore classes and locations, but this one has to be my least favorite. It appears that I wasn't the only one who had trouble with the door. Normally you receive a code after booking to unlock the door 15 mins prior to the class. The location itself is already very easy to miss, but I thought I was at the wrong location because the door wasn't unlocking when I plugged in the correct code. There was another person attempting to go into the class as well, so we both struggled together :'). Eventually someone opened the door, as we were frantically trying to make it to the class with only a few mins to spare. The studio is also relatively smaller than the other studios I've been to, but the class didn't feel any more intimate either. Everything here felt rather cramped. The workout was standard or comparable to all solidcore classes I've taken. This one didn't kill me as much as they normally do, but it could've just been an off day for me.
