The shop is considered one of the best on the Upper East Side, with many customers strongly recommending it. The place is a little pricey, with a men's cut costing $46 when paid by card. However, the cuts are completely dialed in, and customers enjoy the free drinks and the nice little razor shave on the back of the neck. The barbers, including Bella and David, are known for their expertise and patience, even with clients who have challenging hair types. Customers consistently receive reliable and high-quality haircuts, and the shop is worth the visit, even for those who have to drive an hour to get there.

It was 5 long, shaggy years in NYC before finding Eli, he's been cutting my hair for 6 years in the EV, and you can be certain I'll be making the ride up from Brooklyn for years to come. I have, what I consider, tricky hair to properly cut and style...thin in some spots, very thick in others, fine/frizzy, and curly at a certain length. Not only does Eli nail it every time, but he's even been able to suggest different looks over the years. He remembers my "usual" down to the details of the part and neck shape. Exceptional attention to the finer things including straight blade for the neck, edges, beard lines, and parts, and hot towels.
Eli is the best barber in NYC. I have been going to him for 4 years now. Hands down no one is as professional or capable as him. He always listens to what I want and executes it perfectly.
