I have a love-hate relationship with the Megaformer. I love to hate it and I keep coming back because it’s so effective. The E. 87th SLT studio is staffed with excellent trainers who are simultaneously intense, fun, and witty. They beat you down with a huge smile... Annalee and Adam are my favorites.
Love this location! Clean inviting studio. I always get a great workout in here. The instructor Ryan is awesome, his classes are always challenging he is extremely knowledgeable and always makes his classes fun!
I love this studio. As an avid fitness junkie, I've traveled the city for the best studios. SLT has always been a staple in my routine and I was so excited when they opened this location in my hood. The studio itself is one of my favorite locations as it's very cozy and personal. They must clean this place constantly because it's always in stellar condition - machines are super clean and never a broken machine. The front desk staff is great, greet you when you walk in, learn your name. Rachel B is the best!!!! The workout is hard but stick with it after your first time, it gets way better.
