Sorry I was slow and my form wasn't good. I felt out of place :( and felt behind during classes.. It not good for beginner if you are really bad.. I'm not recommending it for anyone who never tried it. First class the instructor was ok and help. 2nd time was disappointing and I never went back, felt embarrass. I applaud everyone it a intense class.. but if you never did Pilates or reformer don't try..
I highly recommend the SLT workout class to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and effective workout. It's a great way to build strength, tone your body, and improve your overall fitness level.
SLT wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. And I left wondering what some of the raving reviews were all about. The studio is bright and airy, located on the second floor with a good amount of windows and bright white walls. They have lagree reformer machines and follow the lagree method pilates during the class, which is so great if you're already familiar with that (like I was)! But the instructor wasn't super enthusiastic, and I didn't feel very sore the next day. For the price, there are other pilates studios in the area that I like more. But if you get a deal through classpass and need a lighter workout, this isn't by any means a bad spot!
