Wanted to love it, but it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. I wish I had been explained the process throughout the facial, what skincare was being applied, etc. I felt a bit judged through my consultation when I asked for some care to be taken with my face since I have shoots coming up. A friend recommended another location, which I may try instead next time.

I had an exceptional experience at Skin Spa, both at their Midtown and Flatiron locations. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with knowledgeable staff, made my visits truly enjoyable. The team's patience in listening to customer concerns stood out, and sessions with Sylvia in Midtown and Daphne in Flatiron were always a pleasure. From the manager to the entire staff, everyone exudes professionalism and friendliness.

Very friendly staff.They are very honest when it comes to assessing the right treatments for you. If you're not a good candidate, or the technology you are looking for is no longer the best available, they will let you know. It left me reassured about the treatments they do recommend (which are often cheaper).
