I’ve tried quite a few massage places around the neighborhood, and by chance I decided to stop by Serein Spa since I hadn’t been there before. They had an opening, so I booked a daytime massage — and I’m so glad I did.
This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in NYC. My therapist was incredibly attentive and intuitive. It genuinely felt like she was finding muscles and pressure points in my back that no one had ever worked on before — and I get massages regularly.

I had a wonderful experience with Helen for my lymphatic drainage massage! The atmosphere was very peaceful, clean, and Helen informed me of everything that would occur during the session. I am leaving feeling very refreshed! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back again.
I wish I knew about Serein Spa a few years ago. I discovered them last year and from my first treatment (lymphatic drainage massage + face), I was hooked. Helen has the techniques of an angel. She knew exactly where the knots were and I managed to have a massage that was both relaxing AND got the knots out. Her magic hands put me to sleep. A monthly massage + lymphatic drainage is so good for your overall wellness. Can't wait for my next treatment.
