Recently my husband Rasheed khan was given a new case manager Tia, I don’t know her last name. He had a previous one but much wasn’t done for him. Since he got Tia doors opened up, Tia is an angel who cares for people, she is very helpful, caring, understanding and supportive. She is the best!! Thank you Tia , Lisha khan.

I wish there was a zero star option. I have spoken to 20 something agents over the past 3 weeks about a physical therapy authorization for my 75 year old grandmother. It took me 2 weeks just to speak to the case manager, and the issue is still not resolved. Two of the authorizations were denied because apparently the patient was not available for evaluation- even though we received no calls regarding this. The authorization process is super slow and it’s ridiculous that patients can miss weeks of much needed therapy sessions leading to deteriorating quality of life.
