Joe did an outstanding job replacing our floors in our prewar apartment. He brought to us impressive knowledge of the historical context of floors like ours, with some options about how to proceed in the best way. He also paid personal attention throughout the project and closely supervised his excellent team. It was a complicated two-phase project--due to our own constraints--and he met the timeframes that he originally gave us, which was very important to us, despite a few complications with our sub-floor that he would have had no way of predicting.
