Don't go here!!! 1. The environment isn't that great. Small room with narrow space to walk. When I was about to leave after checking out the rooms, the lady named ming was being sketchy & aggressive saying "hurray! The manager is gonna blame me!" I don't why I listen to her & gave her $20 in the end. And because I had given her $20 the first time I visited, which is why kept me coming back the following time. 2. Kinda costly just not worth it. They made me bought the package which cost like $3000 but the discount is only $30 off. Wtf?! It's not even 10% off but because I want to do the ultra light therapy so bad & believe it would help fade the dark spots away, that's why I got the package for it. But they kept saying I have to buy the physical extraction to remove the blackheads as well. & I highly doubt if they have ever sanitize the tools & change the bed sheets. & the pillows with hair before I even slept on!!! 3. Super irresponsible!!! One of those times ming applied the mask on my face, then she left the room & didn't come back until 45 mins later. My skin got so itchy I just had to peel off the mask myself. She even had the audacity to ask me why I removed it myself & lied about the time she stepped out. I mean bi+ch please!!! I looked at the clock when you stepped out. 4. Greedy! Once in a while she tried to swipe my card twice to withdraw another couple hundreds from my card when she walked to the branch across street but fortunately she failed. 5. Extremely disrespectful!!! She didn't close the door when I changed into a tubeless top for hair removal & even invited another staff to come in & talk for like 10 mins. 6. Not only ming is sketchy, pushy, aggressive, irresponsible & disrespectful but also the manager had that kind of horrible attitude. The way she asked me how I earned my money "is it all from your red pocket money???" dafuq? I shouldn't have got the package Back then. Btw it happened a good couple years ago
