I would be doing the city of New York a disservice if I didn’t leave Carmen a glowing review because she is truly THAT good. After just one visit, I could immediately tell how skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough she is. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from the second I walked in.. exactly what a spa experience should be!
On top of being incredible at what she does, she is extremely kind and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had such an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back!!
This place is good👏🏽this is my second time there everything has changed for the good. Other then the service at the restaurant was unacceptable and short staff and the manager there was rude. The food is expensive and you get little for your bucks. If you leave your towels on a chair other people comes and move it. There was no tote bags to put your personal item to carry around with you, so being your own. The front desk manager said they was out but she did try to help. She was very sweet.
Staff was super nice and helpful, facility was very big so everyone wasn’t on top of each other, and it was super clean and relaxing. I went for my birthday yesterday for the first time and it was AMAZING! All the different rooms to experience and the pool area were my favorite things! Lavender, Ice, and the salt room were my favorite outside of the pool. I could’ve stayed in the water jets the whole night if they allowed it.😩 All in all, the experience was classy, fun, and definitely something I plan to do again.
