I go to Elvin , he's hands down my best NYC barber. He's also reliable. I will never let anyone else touch my head unless he retires. I will say I observe all the different barbers work and they all do quality work there. Its close to the 116 street # 6 train stop so very convenient. The people are friendly mostly spanish speaking although they are all bilingual.
