My hair - it has all the feels. Thick, rough, not straight, not curly, dry and oily all at the same time - and on top of it, I am starting to go gray. Nery just gets it, and she gets me. The haircut is amazing but the color is over the top. And should hopefully she with me, as my hair has decided to age. This salon was the find of the century. They are a great team of good people.
