I worked here for 5 months everything was fine. Then the "glue" started peeling. We had internet issues a few times as a whole office, and the management couldnt get IT to come. We all were complaining about internet drops and thought it was a lack of correctly routed bandwidth. No one came for 4 months as this continued almost weekly. Regus did not respond fast, offer reimbursement, or say it was their issue; they instead said... we see the internet working fine - must be just you (but dozens of people per day not being able to access internet via wire or wifi). There are other competitors, and similarly priced. Based on IT being material these days i would avoid

They changed my office address during Covid, without consent, and they decided to stop charging my card on file. Because they stopped charging my card, I started incurring late fees. When I learned about this several months later, I emailed them asking them to just waive the late fees. They wouldn't do it, and I paid hundreds of dollars in late fees that weren't my fault. I had been using Regus for 7 years, and I thought there might be some sort of understanding and appreciation for customer loyalty, but apparently not.

If I could give Regus 0 stars I would. Started charging hidden fees during the pandemic and charged "mail forwarding service" fees once they move into a new location as if I had agreed to them. I see others complaining about the same things. Horrible.
