I made an appointment for me and my friend on a Tuesday. Before hanging up the phone, the woman confirmed my reservation for myself and my friend. When we arrived on Thursday, they refused to take my friend explaining that she was not on my reservation and that I did not confirm an additional person on the text message received earlier that day. Although disappointed, I really needed to get my nails done as it’s been weeks since my last appointment (my normal salon closed as the owner retired. Kindest people ever!) as I am a first time mother with an infant and my friend was there to help me. The woman said if an appointment became available they would take my friend....read full review

I would give this a negative -99. My friend made an appointment for 2 and we brought my nephew with us. And my friend had confirmed our appointments and when we got there the lady would only take one of us. So as I was waiting for my friend to get her nails done my nephew started to cry and the lady had the audacity to ask me to take him outside because he was crying. Mind you is was hot and humid outside. But yet they would allow a customer with a crying dog into the nail salon. I and my friend will NEVER come back. And if you’re a mom with a baby that needs to get your nails done this is not the place.

Tyson the owner is really nice. Julie the technician is very professional and does an amazing job on your nails. They have brand new chairs. It's definitely worth pampering yourself here.
