Recently, some customers have shared mixed experiences. One reviewer appreciated the manager's response after a concern about nail polish longevity, noting that the manager redid the nails and the polish lasted much longer. Another customer was impressed with their gel nail service, highlighting the talent and skill of the technician who created a beautiful design. However, one customer expressed disappointment after a prior poor experience with a pedicure and mentioned that their latest visit did not meet expectations, resulting in dissatisfaction with the final look of their nails. Despite these varied reviews, QQ Nails & Spa continues to be a popular choice for many looking for quality nail care.
I went to QQ for the first time and had an amazing experience! My nail tech, Maricela was incredibly efficient and did my nails better than the reference image I showed her.
Will definitely go again!
I’ve been getting manicures at this location with Jacky M. for several years now, she’s amazing! Whether it’s gel or Dazzle Dry, Jacky is super attentive to detail and my nails always come out perfectly. The front desk staff is also always very nice and accommodating.
Very nice receptionist, with her big smile and kind attitude. Wish my nail technician was that nice.. anyway, i highly recommend you NOT to do french manicure at QQ salon in any location. I did it twice in different location, and both are quite dissapointing. Just do regular nail polish, dont do services that involve art.
