I have been to a lot of shitty eyebrow threading places in NYC with misleading reviews about how great they are. But this spot has consistently never failed me. Tina is so sweet and her and her staff do an amazing job every single time for a great price. Highly recommend this place for eyebrows!

I've been going to the UWS location for several years and the women there are so nice and do a good job, but I was frustrated tonight because I rushed there after work and got there at 7:15 (they close at 7:30) and was turned away. There was another customer also being turned away and was very annoyed. My suggestion to the owner would be to post your closing at 7pm but employees work until 7:30 to finish any customers coming in near closing time and to lock up etc. Why would you post store closing at 7:30 if you are closing your register before 7:15? This is the only place I trust with my eyebrows. I've been going here for several years now and each time I leave with eyebrows looking great. I went to another threading place and they ruined mg eyebrows. I waited a month for them to grow back and came here, explained what happened, and this woman was able to clean and shape them to exactly what I had expected. The price is also on the lower end as compared to other eyebrow threading places, especially given the excellent quality and care.
