They fixed my iphone that I dropped for a very good price. The screen was not only cracked to smithereens, but also completely black. I was worried it was unfixable but they fixed it. This was a few months ago and I've had no problems. They are also a UPS access point and I stop there all the time to drop off things I'm returning since I live a block away. The guy (I feel sorry for never asking his name) is very, very nice and welcoming. Thank you!!!

I was expecting an important package. This package needed a signature, and since I live alone and I was in school at time of arrival, I had to pick it up at this location. I entered this place, and was surprised to find it very packed. This was not ideal, as it had a small store layout. Once I got to the front of the line, I showed the salesgirl my UPS receipt and my ID. She went through a door to the back, and came back to tell me that the manager would be out shortly to hand me my package. It was maybe ten minutes later that I had my package in hand, and I was good to go. I noticed they resell cell phones and accessories here. This is not my type of business, as I rather buy my electronics brand new. I've tried refurbished before, and I've had nothing but bad experiences. However, some folks prefer to buy refurbished/second-hand electronics, and it's worked for them.
