Valerie did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She was quick and precise. I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes with a great cut. It was especially impressive because I was on a tight timeline. And every good elementary schooler knows that the combination of "scissors" and "hurrying" leads to only trouble, and potentially a timeout at recess. So, my usual rule is to play it cool, say nothing to the barber and trust that I will look so good when I arrive, everyone will forget how late I am. Unfortunately, I had a hard deadline and promised not to be late. I broke my own rule and mentioned to my barber, Valerie, that I had an imminent appointment. Valerie was unflappable. Cool, quick and precise, she went to work. Within minutes, I felt transformed. The lines were sharp and precise, the transitions natural and smooth, and not a stray was missed. Valerie delivered, dare I say it, perfection. And ahead of schedule at that. To answer the question in your mind: yes, I made it on time to my appointment. I was even 3 minutes early, which I played up as 15 minutes. And to answer your next question: also yes. I'll definitely be back to Premier Barbershop for an excellent haircut at a fair price and impeccable speed. And who knows? Next time, I might even be early.
