The aide stole my money out of my bag while I was asleep her name is dawn do not use her or this agency. I would give zero stars if I could. And awful customer service.

First aide I had asked could she go home, "It's too hot in here, I just came off jury duty. I want to go home and take a shower, I'll come back tomorrow". She didn't. They shouldn't have sent her they should have gave her the day off. Then the next one they sent couldn't speak English. I sent her to the store and she got everything wrong. Then they sent me Miss jury duty again and this time she asked if she could go home early to pick up her kids. What was I supposed to say to her, no? Worst agency ever. And the guy who sends the aides is very rude. Sorry fellas, I hate to tell you you're not the only agency out there. I'm definitely changing immediately!!!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would but that is not an option. This company should not be in business. Customer service is horrible. Case coordinators who are supposed to be there for support are rude and nasty to clients' family members and caregivers. The aides are late all the time (not 10 minutes... more like 45) with no consequences and some have been extremely rude, nasty and extremely disrespectful to me in my own home. Do not use this company. They are terrible.
