They don’t care about their employees who bust their behinds while they are getting paid great it’s employees only get a very small piece of that. So while premier is posting photos of what they do for their “care ambassadors” how about focusing on the field staff employees that are actually out in the field struggling to make ends meet and not the ones y’all choose to pay top dollar too. How about giving more than a 54 cent raise to people who have been working for you for YEARS! Your company continues to lose amazing staff due to your greediness! Absolutely disgusting! How about being a better employer, a kinder employer and give your staff a real raise something significant? People can’t even pay their bills because your company refuses overtime and refuses to pay its employees what they’re actually worth!
