Sadly, undeniable decrease in quality over time. They don't provide support when you have questions they'd rather dodge, perhaps to avoid revealing their level of attention to detail. But I think their heart is in the right place, may just need to reflect.

Only went to purchase gift cert. Much more difficult this time . Must purchase on line. But difficult to reach anyone over the phone.

I had a mini facial and did not know what to expect. It was amazing. Yamile B. (Lead Esthetician) was very professional and patient. I'm from Oklahoma but will visit every time I'm able to while in NYC.
