Place was lovely. I received the shirodhara scalp and hair oil massage. Lots of oil, which was nice, but it would've been better and made more sense if the employee put the oil on all of my hair not just the scalp. It wasn't that helpful since most of my hair was left without oil. They didn't give me a protective anything or offer a shower or rinsed it out themselves so I left with the top half of my hair dripping in oil and bottom half bone dry in a tangled mess (I have long hair). Odd. Was hoping for a bit of cranial massage but was more just relaxing light touches. Wouldn't do it again; however the place is nice. It felt like maybe the employee hasn't been trained and was winging it??? Not as good as other scalp/hair treatments I've received before.

I had a mini facial and did not know what to expect. It was amazing. Yamile B. (Lead Esthetician) was very professional and patient. I'm from Oklahoma but will visit every time I'm able to while in NYC.

I always have a good experience here. I can’t complain. They all nice and sweet. I don’t know what was the lady’s name who I got my massage with but I wish she applied a little more pressure but I still can’t say anything bad about her. Everything clean during these hard times.
