I hadn't moved in over 14 years and I was anxious about the whole process. Heather McVeigh was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and showed me apartments that I told her I wanted and more. She was sensitive to the fact this was a big "move" for me and was respectful of that but also as an expert showed me apartments that I wouldn't have considered. She nailed it! She helped me find the perfect apartment in Battery Park City and help me negotiate my rent! I can't say enough good things about Heather. Working with her was such an easy experience and that can't be valued enough! Very thankful to Heather and Platinum Properties!

I worked with Alexandra R. off a colleague's referral. She called me the same afternoon of my email inquiry and was prompt to respond throughout. She was well versed in FiDi and came prepared everyday -- making the search turnkey & efficient. She was resourceful and helped narrow down my options + called in backup to her co-worker Jess for a BK tour.In a hot market, I found my ideal apartment in less than 4 days.
