They are wack beyond wack, server & website went down for nearly 24hours!!!!!! That means we lost money

Slow server, and even slower support. Takes days to get a response.And then when I tried to cancel my account, they keep billing me and not responding to my support request!

Excellent magento based platform with many added features make Pixafy a great web hosting option for eCommerce websites. We migrated over from a Magento CE store and have been very pleased with their hosting platform and customer service/Tech Support. New features have been added several times since I signed up which means they take customer feedback seriously. We plan on starting another client with a Pixafy store within the next two weeks! Thanks Pixafy!
