Sahira was very helpful at stressful time for my family and I. She went the extra mile to make certain my items were safety handed off to the courier for an important event. I was on the road stuck in traffic out of state. Super helpful and superb customer service! Thanks Sahira!!!

I didn't go inside because I didn't have the chance, also we didn't act early enough to pre-order and have a Sesame Street-themed piñata for our daughter's first birthday party. But they were responsive when I called, and they filled up with helium all of the balloons I had my dad and brother-in-law bring in to them out of our Sesame Street-themed party supplies. For that, I'd give them 5 stars and also consider this place for my piñata and table and chair needs in the future.
