Permaline is really amazing, and Emilia is an artist! I have very pale features, and thanks to her, now my features are defined even when I’m not wearing makeup. She does such a lovely job! I first went to her back in 2019, and it lasted for several years. I went back three years later for a refresh, and it’s even better this time. Thank you, Emilia! I love how I look.

Emilia's skilled Ombre Lipliner is the best thing i've ever done for myself and, to sum it up in one word, life-changing. Everything she does shows her meticulous attention to detail: from prep instructions through her process itself to her after-care instructions. She's so skilled that she was able to work around scarring due to an accident and ensuing surgery in addition to my aging skin. I wanted to restore my natural lipline which was somewhat faded in some spots and slightly tweak it to make up for aging, and that's exactly what i got. What sets PermaLine apart is that they are artists. Whereas other practitioners will try to draw "the perfect" feature, Emilia will understand who you are, and find the ideal angles and shades that fit you specifically.
