I’ve been calling the past two months asking about Susy. Every time I called, the woman on the other end said she’ll be back 2-3 months. Today I called and again she said she’s on vacation. I got frustrated and said you’ve been saying this the past two months - when is she coming back? They said she’s not coming back to the store. If anyone knows where she’s at, let us know in the reviews!! #susywemissyou❤️

I've been coming to Perfect BrowsNYC for a few months now. I come in every month to get wax by Minas. She's amazing. Honestly. She's always good spirits and she gets the job done efficiently. She's fast but she always takes the time to double check her work. If you're new to wax, you might not appreciate the fast pace, per say, but once you get use to waxing you will (.. and I'm sure if you communicate that, she'll go at your own pace). If you're not new to waxing and are looking for someone, Minas is the one.

I visit Perfect Brows every couple weeks for a clean up. Each time has been a good experience! They are friendly and efficient.A couple helpful tips: 1) Expect to wait about ten minutes. More than likely there will be two people ahead if you. 2) They don't open at 10am on the dot. Anticipate the doors opening around 10:15am.Very glad to have this business in the neighborhood!
