UPDATED: After I left the below review this dude started blowing up my phone calling me cursing at me flipping out. I looked at their other locations reviews and it's all the same horrible experiences. I could not recommend less doing business with this company.

Called about renting chairs for an event the quote was truly insane ($600 for 40 chairs being delivered a few blocks away) and whoever i spoke to has the most atrocious custom service skills I've ever experienced. So aggro for no reason. And nearly double the price of every single other party rental company I've reached out to. Checks out they only have 1 star reviews.

Horrific from the start. Guy answers the cell phone and as I am explaining the kind of items I will need to host a mock bar for a High school graduation, he begins to lead me down a negative rabbit hole. He claims he knows about the event space I am using, and says I can get the items from them. When I mention that his remarks were inaccurate, because I did attempt to rent bar items from the venue first, as that would be far more convenient, he insisted to the contrary. But what he is clearly unaware of is that this event space made many changes post pandemic, and they do not supply glasses or anything for the bar. They only provide the space and the bar itself. Point is, he was very rude, dismissive and condescending, therefore wasting my time being advertised as party rental business. I could have skipped that call and made better use of my time and energy. Based on the review here I am pleased to have dodged this bullet. Anyone can start a business but not everyone should. I do not recommend Party Rental Nation just by the sheer stonewalling I experienced during the initial contact with their unprofessional spokesperson. It is likely very difficult to work with a company whose employees or owner starts the conversation in the negative. Awful experience and definitely not the spirit for helping to support successful events.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wanted to rent 15 plastic chairs ($3 each), got a $50 quote. Called to ask about delivery and the nasty owner told me it would be $600 for delivery about 1 mile away, and then proceeded to tell me I “made his day” when I asked if delivery costs $550. Absolutely uncalled for behavior, especially to a potential customer looking to provide business. With respect to his reply, he didn’t get a bad review because of price. He got a bad review because he decided to speak rudely and degradingly on the phone. Nothing to do with price.
