    My wife went to a dental surgeon on the 28th floor of 515 Madison. So I thought I would get a shave while I waited.I have been to high end ,low and everything in between for shaves in Manhattan and Brooklyn.Frank is one of the most professional and classy barbers that I have come across.On top of that he gives you s great shave at a reasonable price.Even though I live in Brooklyn I'm contemplating going back for a haircut.He is an old school professional.
