I was an original resident during the first year under Bozzuto, and the issues started immediately. From day one, I experienced recurring operational problems that appeared to stem from inadequate construction quality control. During that first year alone, Servpro was in the building multiple times addressing problems that should never happen in a newly delivered “luxury” property. That set the tone early.
