Hair texturizing spray is expensive and the nozzle is cheaply made. So, basically you pay a lot to get a product that doesn’t work and then they don’t want to take it back. They won’t just tell you to put it in a package and ship it back to them at no charge. They want photographs videos and then they still want to argue. I will never buy their products again. Worst customer service ever.
