My Sarouk rug had a few stains and general wear from daily use. I decided to get it cleaned, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They picked it up from my home and returned it within the expected time. The rug looked much better after cleaning, with improved color and texture. The stains were removed, and the rug felt fresh again. It’s a simple service, but done properly, and that’s what matters.

The company cleaned our Oriental silk runner, Persian wool rug, and a large antique flatweave. The technician showed up on time for the free estimate and gave a complete explanation of the rug cleaning process. He answered all of our questions. After agreeing to the quote, they moved the furniture and removed the rugs with great care. They returned them in just over a week, beautifully cleaned and soft again. They even laid them back in place just as we had them before.
