My first experience here was hobbling in, with back pain so bad I couldn't cough or sit up without intense pain. I left and was able to walk and move like a regular human again. In the two years since, they've taken great care of me and kept me feeling so much better. I highly recommend them.

Just like alot of other reviewers, i paid the $100, then they billed my insurance, twice after they are apparently in-network. The amount of energy and time i have spent trying to get reimbursed is crazy! The chiropractor stretched my back out well, and that's the reason i didn't give them one star. Not going back.

So a lot of reviewers like myself have misinformation as the insurance billing for chiros and in general are extremely complicated. I'll just speak for myself, I checked with in network and out of network chiros and the out of pocket of $100 was the same because I didn't meet my deductible for the year. There's nothing that can be done about this and it is what it is. If you need a chiropractor and a massage therapist will properly treat you however this place is it. They generally give me an adjustment but then also address the issue with stretching and massage. All in all when I don't take care of myself and stretch enough my discs slip my muscles tense up and "lock" into a position that generally causes me pain. The folks at NYC chiro are great and take care of my issues medical billing aside which as I've stated above in many cases you will have to pay what you pay out of pocket or via your flex spending account. I know that this is a financial burden but it has nothing to do with the quality of care given which has always been terrific for me. They are a pain saver and located downtown which is perfect for me.
