Picked up 2 very large valuable rugs: one antique persian and one Portuguese needle point. Examined and advised on best solution to clean each rug (Machine or hand wash) Also offered at low cost to repair the rugs. Then installed the beautifully cleaned rugs in new place. All with great professionalism, consideration and patience. I felt right away that i could trust them. Did not request payment before the end process and satisfaction. Would recommend and use again without hesitation.
They are fast, professional, and did an amazing job repairing and cleaning our rug that our puppy pulled apart in multiple places. It literally now looks as good as the day we purchased the rug over 10 years ago. Free pickup and drop off is outstanding. I 100% recommend!
