This is my yoga home in NYC. It is peaceful, safe, and all body types are welcomed. The quality of instruction is superb. I highly recommend private lessons as a place to start. After two major accidents this practice as complimented and accelerated my PT and healing. ?
Best yoga studio in NY. The team were so welcoming and friendly, the class was traditional yoga with great options for different levels. The teacher created such a open place to try all the moves. Will definately be back.
Just wanted to share how the Somatics class is a game changer! I had a pain in my shoulder and a very bad pain in my IT band muscle from my hip all the way down to my knee for about three weeks. I learned about Somatic practices so when I saw this class on ClassPass I decided to give it a try.MJ was incredible thorough and supportive throughout the virtual Zoom class. I am not one to take Zoom classes but this one I am definitely going to continue. After just the one session this past Tuesday night, my shoulder pain is completely GONE and my IT band is significantly better.
