I regularly get my toes and hands done and Jenny does an excellent job. The regular polish lasts for two weeks. I love the soft touch at the end, you are treated to a 30 second shoulder massage. The owner is exceptionally friendly and I am new to the neighborhood but really enjoy going there to have my nails painted. I’d recommend NY Bella for your standard nail services.

The last time I came was great; fast, hygienic. Today was annoying because the estimate of wait time isn't really accurate; if it's 15 min say that , if it's 30 min say that--so that the customer can make an informed decision ; or can go do an errand and come back. I realize it's hard to know for sure by 5 min is diff from 15 is diff from 30. Also, no acknowledgment when I walked in (I'm brown), 2 white women walk in after ...immediately acknowledged.

A pedicure is supposed to remove calluses at a basic level. She pointed to a sign that showed a $12 upcharge for a callous treatment. I declined this, saying that the standard pedi would be fine. She didn’t file my feet for more than 5 seconds. A quick...read full review
