I uploaded medical documents before my doctor appointment & was approved when I answered the phone no we’re questions asked I received the electronic recommendation after the appointment the only issue I had was waiting over a month for the paper recommendation and ID card they hadn’t arrived yet I was given a google forms link after reaching out to support & they were sent within a week I also had an issue with my name being spelled incorrectly they sent me it wrong twice however NuggMd had no problem sending me to correct name for the last (3rd) time which is great because other places would charge you overall good experience
